About Dr. Goodwin

Dr. Goodwin is a Board-Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Aesthetics-Anti-Aging. She is the founder of Goodwin Medical Center, a premier concierge internal medicine practice, and Inside Out Med Spa, an anti-aging aesthetic practice. With over 16 years of medical experience, Dr. Goodwin received Florida’s Top Doctor Award in 2018 and was recognized as a Top Doctor by Naples Illustrated in 2021 and 2022.

Having previously worked full-time in the NCH Emergency Room, her dual certification in both internal and emergency medicine sets her practice apart from others, providing her with comprehensive experience in managing acute illnesses and emergency situations. This expertise helps reduce the need for visits to the ER or urgent care, allowing her to address many urgent health concerns within her practice.

A firm believer in minimizing excessive medication, Dr. Goodwin recommends treatments supported by the medical community while remaining open to natural remedies. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve wellness and longevity primarily through lifestyle modifications. By promoting regular exercise, a healthy diet, and social engagement, she empowers her patients to take charge of their health and prevent disease.

Dr. Goodwin believes her role is to team up with her patients and support them in reaching a happy balance and their goals as a concierge physician. Dr. Goodwin provides an excellent standard of care medicine customized for her patients’ needs and preferences. She has gained broad experience working in various challenging ERs.

Over the years, Dr. Goodwin has become passionate about counseling friends, family, and patients in their physical, emotional, and mental health. Dr. Goodwin empowers and motivates people and helps them identify their inner strengths and virtues. She treats the “whole patient” because their state of mind is as important as their physical being. Additionally, as an Emergency and Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Goodwin can help with a comprehensive approach to issues from laceration repair to treatment of chronic illnesses. She understands that the community has been evolving, and patients have more access to medical knowledge and more control over their health decisions. Medicine is more modernized, and doing less is sometimes preferable. Dr. Goodwin will tailor to your specific medical needs, create a comfortable, unhurried environment, and strive to exceed your healthcare goals.

Dr. Goodwin received a Fellowship at the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians in 2017

Dr. Goodwin also received another fellowship from the American College of Osteopathic Internist in 2020.

She completed her Double Residency in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the Henry Ford System in Warren, Michigan. She served as Chief Resident during her Residency training.3

Prior to earning her Double Residency, she completed an Anatomy Fellowship and earned her Medical degree at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.4

As a medical student, Dr. Goodwin had numerous leadership roles as a class representative and committee secretary, and became involved in Medical Missions to Jamaica.5

She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida.6

Rossy Santos

Office Adminstrator, CCMA

Rossy Santos is the Office Administrator at Goodwin Medical Center, where she utilizes her strong leadership skills and extensive medical expertise to ensure the smooth daily operations of the clinic. Rossy earned her Medical Assisting degree in 2017 and has significant experience in Nephrology and Primary Care. She joined Goodwin Medical Center in 2021 as a Medical Assistant, quickly demonstrating her exceptional work ethic, which led to her promotion to Office Administrator. In her role, Rossy is dedicated to providing five-star care to patients, combining her passion for patient care with a keen interest in the evolving fields of anti-aging and aesthetics. Rossy believes that “experiences are worth way more than any material gift ever could!” Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, and exploring her artistic interests.

Dali Guadalupe-Cruz

Medical Assistant

Dali Guadalupe-Cruz is a Medical Assistant at Goodwin Medical, where she has been part of the team since April 2025. She brings a strong educational background, having earned her Medical Assistant degree in 2013 and later expanding her expertise with a Medical Billing and Coding degree in 2020.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dali offers broad experience across multiple areas of healthcare. Over the years, she has worked in Pediatrics, ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), Family and Internal Medicine, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Pain Management, giving her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Outside of her professional role, Dali values spending time with her family and enjoys simple yet meaningful activities such as going to the beach to watch the sunset. She also finds joy in baking and painting, which allows her to express her creativity and bring balance to her busy life.
